Thank you for your interest in our products. If you would like to place an order, but prefer to pay by Personal Check or Money Order, please click here Mail orders must be placed by the web form FIRST. Do NOT mail check or money orders to us without placing your order by web form first. DO NOT send cash!! We will not be responsible for payments lost in the mail. We recommend that if you mail payment, please obtain a delivery confirmation # from the Post Office, so that the payment may be tracked if need be. You will be notified by email when we receive payment. Mail orders ship within 10 business days after receipt. You will be notified by email when your payment arrives, and again when your order is shipped. The tracking # for your shipment will be emailed to you so that you may follow the shipment online. Orders will be shipped by FedEx or UPS ground service unless otherwise stated in product description. If you are ordering from outside the 48 cont. All rugs up to size 9ft x 12 ft will be shipped by FedEx ground service. All rugs larger than 9ft x 12ft will be shipped by a freight service that delivers to given location. A tracking # will be emailed to the customer upon shipment of the rug. (Note: If you are located outside the 48 cont. United States, or require shipment by a carrier other than FedEx please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote) Each rug shipment will be rolled on a core, and heavily wrapped in plastic to help insure a safe delivery to the customer. All orders are insured up the value of the purchase price + shipping. Shipping times for in-stock items are as follows: Online Paypal orders: within 7 days after order is placed. Mail orders by Personal Check: 7-10 days after receipt of payment. Mail orders by Money order: within 2 days after receipt of payment. Shipping times on custom and showroom orders vary 1-3 weeks. RETURN POLICY Returns must meet the following requirements for a refund: 1> Customer must contact us at vance2@alltel.net within 3 days after receipt of product to report intent to return shipment. Please include reason for returning merchandise. (Acceptable terms for returns are: "Damaged during shipping", or "received wrong product" ) 2>Merchandise must be in "like new" condition. This is to say, the exact same condition that it was received in. We will not accept returns of rugs that were damaged after receipt. (such as crush marks from having furniture placed on the rug, animal hair, stains from spills, etc.) 3> Merchandise must be packaged in a similar manner for return shipment, as it was packaged during it's initial shipment. 4> The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We do not refund shipping fees. We do not pay for return shipping. (Exception: If we send you the wrong item or size than what you ordered, we will pay for shipping fees.) Returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. 5> Custom orders are non-refundable unless you received the wrong product.
